Services for Families

We are a team of experienced Chartered Educational Psychologists who are all registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council.

We can offer you assessment to identify, clarify and report on your child’s educational needs, as well as to suggest interventions and ways forward. We can work with your child’s school or early years setting and other professionals involved if you request us to.

Between us we cover a very wide range of areas, which include:

• Delays in learning and general learning difficulties
• Specific learning difficulties, such as dyslexia
• Social and communication difficulties, including autistic spectrum disorders
• Attachment or relationship difficulties
• Educational implications of physical or sensory difficulties

We can offer training to groups of parents on a wide range of subjects, including the above areas.

We would be happy to offer parenting groups.

We are all trained in the solution focused approach and find it an effective and positive approach to use with parents who would like coaching to help with parenting or working with their child’s behaviour, emotions and/or learning difficulties

We offer consultation to help you identify next steps and what actions you need to take in relation to your child’s education or development.
